How long does my order take to ship?

When ordered online from our Ready-To-Ship collection, our current order processing time is 2-3 business days, not including transit time. For all gift box orders, we ship via USPS. The transit time depends on location proximity to the state of California. Shipping is calculated during checkout.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the handmade nature of each gift box, Earthly Grace does not offer returns. Any damage to the gift that may have occurred in transit must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for replacement.
